Return Timeframe
We offer a 7-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included to
qualify for a return.
Proof of Purchase
A valid order confirmation, receipt, or invoice is required for all return
requests. Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

- Perishable items such as food and beverages
- Personal care items once opened or used
- Customized or made-to-order products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Clear photos or videos may be required for verification.
Return Approval Process

you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will receive return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is
due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a
trackable shipping method.
Refund Method
Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are processed via
bank transfer or other approved offline payment methods after inspection.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary
depending on banking partners.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in used, damaged, or
incomplete condition, or if original packaging is missing.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item,
please return the product and place a new order.
Order Refusal
Orders refused at the time of delivery without valid reason may not be
eligible for a refund and may incur return shipping charges.
